Glenn Danielson is the Study Abroad Advisor for affiliate and exchange programs in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Asia-Pacific region. With a background in language and cultural studies, he encourages students going abroad to learn as much as possible about a country’s languages, arts, sports, and culinary traditions in order to understand and appreciate the new environment.

Glenn holds a BA in linguistics and East Asian languages and cultures (Japan Concentration) from Miami University of Ohio and an MA in English (TESOL Concentration) from Wright State University. He has completed study abroad programs at the Japan Center for Michigan Universities (Hikone, Japan) and Tianjin Foreign Studies University (Tianjin, China). He also worked in English language education in Seoul, Korea for five years, teaching classes of all ages and levels. Glenn has maintained a lifelong interest in music in addition to playing piano as a hobby.
