- Contact UNT Student Financial Aid and Scholarships Office for a personalized consultation on full semester or summer financial aid. Email: SpecialPrograms@unt.edu.
- Schedule a study abroad coaching session with the Student Money Management Center to assess your finances and develop an action plan for funding a study abroad program.
- Use the Financial Roadmap Worksheet to plan out your funding strategies for both program and personal expenses.
- Set up payment plans with UNT Student Accounting.
Financial Roadmap for Study Abroad Planning
The Student Money Management Center and the Study Abroad Office offer financial roadmaps
which help guide students and their families through the financial planning process
for study abroad programs. The financial roadmap is offered as a workbook or as a condensed brochure. Students are encouraged to download and print the roadmap to use when discussing
funding with a study abroad advisor or SMMC money coach, as well as in personal planning
conversations.
